Job Description
The Lansing School District is hiring an Instructional Assistant to support students in literacy and math instruction, while building relationships with students, teachers, and parents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students and a desire to become a certified teacher long term.
Requirements
- Must have an Associate's Degree or 60 completed college credits or proof of passing the ETS Paraprofessional Exam
- Previous experience working with students in small group and RTI settings is preferred
- Understanding of how to read and understand a student's IEP is preferred
