Job Description
We are looking for a detail-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to power campaign execution and data accuracy across systems. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality campaign execution, strengthening lead routing, attribution accuracy, and nurture automation, and enabling the marketing team to generate qualified pipeline through scalable automation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing automation, campaign operations, or marketing operations
- Hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Leads, Campaigns, Reporting)
- Experience with lead attribution, UTM tracking, list segmentation, and data management
- Familiarity with Jira, Google Analytics, basic HTML/CSS for email QA, and AI productivity tools
