Lansweeper is hiring a Senior AI-Native Software Engineer to design and deliver high-quality, production-grade software in an AI-augmented workflow. The role involves contributing to the Redjack integration team, ensuring system quality, architectural clarity, and scalable design as multiple AI-assisted development streams run in parallel.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals
• Proven experience in C, C++, or Rust
• Experience building backend systems or distributed systems
• Solid understanding of data modeling, APIs, and service-oriented architectures
• Experience designing scalable and reliable systems
• Practical experience in an AI-assisted development environment
• Experience with SQL
• Knowledge of networks and underlying hardware infrastructure
