The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, establish scalable delivery frameworks, and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• Active Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with 10+ years of certification history
• Bachelor's degree in a health, technical, or management field
• Expert knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide high performing cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience managing delivery organizations in a federal consulting environment
• Extensive experience in Federal government contracting
