IT Manager

Role Overview

Manages company-wide information technology operations, infrastructure, and support services. Leads IT operations and provides strategic direction and operational oversight for IT activities across the organization.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage IT operations in a fast-paced remote environment, manage infrastructure, hardware, software, and enterprise systems, develop IT policies and operational processes, and communicate with leadership regarding IT initiatives and operational risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least eight years of progressive work experience
• Demonstrated progression from technical IT roles into leadership or management responsibilities
• Experience managing or leading IT operations, help-desk support, infrastructure administration, or enterprise systems
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, networking, and IT operational practices
• Ability to evaluate technology risks and communicate mitigation strategies to leadership
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance
