Job description
The IT Manager will lead the IT Department in aligning with the business objectives of the organization, planning, coordinating, directing, and designing IT-related activities. They will work closely with decision makers to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions.
The IT Manager will lead operational and strategic planning, manage financial aspects of the IT Department, develop business case justifications, and implement IT policies and procedures. They will also manage the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of all IT systems, oversee provision of end-user services, and direct research on potential technology solutions.
The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of server virtualization platforms, remote access technology, network and PC operating systems, and current network hardware. They will also have extensive application support experience, proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development, and excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
