Associate Engineer, Project Engineering

Responsibilities include capital project accounting, procurement, and document management, as well as project management and leadership.

Requirements

• 4 year BS degree in engineering is required.
• Basic understanding of project finances is required, including an understanding of basic accounting terms and methods.
• Knowledge of SAP/Ariba is a plus.
• Familiarity in pharmaceutical equipment, utilities systems, and facilities engineering is preferred.
• 0-2+ years of experience in a GMP or GLP environment (internships or co‐ops acceptable experience).
• Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office suite of software tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), as well as demonstrated competency in the use of MS Project.
• Comfort working with electronic systems (EDMS, LMS, QMS platforms).
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, influencing, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills.
• Demonstrated sound judgment, good business acumen and strong analytical skills.
• Ability and willingness to accommodate flexible scheduling including off-hours and week-end work.
• Travel 5%.
