Job Description
Lantheus is seeking a Category Manager – Indirect Procurement to own and advance enterprise-wide category strategies across indirect spend. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic sourcing and category leadership experience, a deep understanding of indirect procurement levers, and the ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization.
Requirements
- Develop, own, and execute comprehensive category strategies aligned to near-, mid-, and long-term business objectives
- Act as the primary procurement business partner for assigned functional areas, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Lead complex strategic sourcing initiatives end-to-end, including spend analysis, market assessment, RFI/RFP development, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and implementation
