Job Description
LANXESS is seeking a Head of Maintenance - Multi-Site Operations to lead and manage maintenance and reliability efforts for multiple facilities and a brine field in Union County, Arkansas. This role involves overseeing MRO storerooms, technical decision-making, team leadership, and ensuring operational excellence. The Head of Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring safety, operational excellence, and minimizing downtime.
