Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Chemist to lead the troubleshooting of incidents where material being produced does not meet specifications required for release for sale. The position will work with various teams to identify root cause and propose corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of production issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry is required, Master's degree a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within a chemical production quality laboratory environment is required.
- Strong “hands on” philosophy and work ethic.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical inclination.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within, and interface with, multidisciplinary teams.
