Mechanical Engineer (Building Systems)

LAPORTE is a consulting engineering firm seeking a Building Mechanical Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to join its team in Calgary, Edmonton, or Vancouver, Canada. The engineer will contribute to design activities and provide guidance to junior engineers and designers in building mechanics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Current P.Eng registration with EGBC, APEGA or APEGS
• 5+ years of design engineering experience
• Knowledge of HVAC system design and experience with central utilities
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Revit
