Requirements

• Participate in client needs and project definition
• Review Client Specifications
• Building Mechanical and Utilities Mechanical designs
• Develop conceptual, preliminary and detailed designs, drawings and specifications
• Write technical reports and analysis to support design submissions
• Review shop drawings for compliance & participate in development of engineering standards
• Visit and survey project sites for project related activities
• Provide construction supervision, conduct document and field reviews
• Manage deliverables and project execution
• Work collaboratively as part of multi-disciplinary design teams
• Maintain understanding of local codes and standards applicable to industry and projects
• Maintain a reference set of standards and in-house best practices
• Support positive client and other disciplines consultant interactions
