Requirements
- Strong understanding of agile and lean principles
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering Managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency with Project Management and tech team tools
- Familiarity with software development processes and release patterns
- 2+ years of experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects
