Business Development Representative

Larkin Express Logistics is seeking a Business Development Representative to manage new relationships, grow existing accounts, and support trucking operations. Requirements

• Developing and implementing sales strategies
• Cold calling, prospecting leads, and building new accounts
• Providing day-to-day Customer Account Management
• Building rapport and relationships with Customers and team members
• Coordinating internal resources to meet Customer Needs
• Evaluating Customer Needs and promoting complimentary transportation services
• Providing Service and Price negotiations
• Utilizing McLeod software for CRM, account management, and forecasting revenue
• Schedule and manage pickups and deliveries of shipments
• Maintain accurate information in company’s operating systems
• Scheduling and dispatch drivers
• Maintaining carrier activities and coordinating deliveries
