Director of Nursing
Registered Nurse (RN) license, 1+ year of nursing experience, and strong clinical knowledge required
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
High school diploma or equivalent, successful completion of a State-Approved Nursing Assistant Certification course, and current Nursing Assistant Certification
Respiratory Therapist
Graduate of a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program and Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist (C/RRT) through NBRC, with strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Physical Therapist
1-5 years of Physical Therapy experience, Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program, Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license
PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
RN license, some nursing experience, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication skills
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Must be a licensed OT in Nevada. CPR certification and background check. Clinical experience in a similar setting preferred
Physical Therapist (PT)
Must be licensed PT in NV. Current CPR certification. Strong clinical reasoning skills. Teamwork is a must
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)
Valid LPN/RN license, 1+ years of experience, strong clinical skills, excellent communication skills
Certified Nursing Assistant
Current CNA certification, 1–5 years of experience, strong teamwork and communication skills
