The Transportation Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple interrelated projects within the transportation sector at Larson Design Group, a 100% employee-owned Architecture, Engineering, and Consulting firm.
Requirements
- Defines program objectives and aligns them with transportation system goals
- Develops and manages the program roadmap
- Leads the program team
- Oversees the integration of project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manages program scope and change processes
- Coordinates with finance
- Aligns cost control and value optimization strategies
- Establishes and enforces quality standards
- Identifies, assesses, and manages program risks
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders
- Oversees resource allocation across transportation projects
- Mentors and develops project managers
- Ensures program adherence to policies and regulations
