Assistant Store Manager

TA Travel Center is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join its team at the Henderson, NV location. The successful candidate will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, maximizing sales, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
• Basic understanding of financial principles and operational budgeting
• Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite
