Truck Shop Manager

TA/LV Petroleum is looking for a Truck Shop Manager who brings a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership, and operational discipline to oversee the full truck service department at our Concordia, MO location.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading truck service, diesel repair, or related service center operations
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer systems
• 3+ years in a supervisory/management role; preferably in truck stop, service bay, or logistics environments
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to train and inspire a diverse team
• Comfort using systems for scheduling, work order management, and parts inventory
• A high school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
