Laserfiche Systems Analyst

The Laserfiche Systems Analyst is responsible for driving business innovation and enterprise-wide solutions using Laserfiche Cloud across the enterprise. This role combines hands-on Laserfiche system administration with business analysis, systems analysis and project management to deliver scalable, secure and well-architected solutions.

Requirements

• Experience administering or implementing enterprise software platforms, preferably content management and workflow automation solutions
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, access management, and troubleshooting in cloud and hybrid environments
• Demonstrated business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder facilitation
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, organize priorities, and drive action items to completion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
