Job Description
Laserfiche is looking for a dynamic Solutions Engineer who is a customer-focused problem solver, playing a critical role in guiding clients through every stage of the implementation journey.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and take initiative during the project life cycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex and dynamic customer environments.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and take responsibility for timely completion of tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of C#, JavaScript and SQL is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree required, software engineering or technology degree preferred.
- 1 year of relevant work experience.
