Requirements

• PLG growth experience, ideally also reaching product, design, or marketing teams
• Prior consulting (management, strategy, or growth) or investment banking experience
• Experience with data: statistical significance, querying a data warehouse, and making decisions based on evidence
• Methodical & Scientific, Creative, First-Principled, Relentless, AI-Native, Builder Mentality, High Integrity
• Growth experience in B2B SaaS
• Software engineering skills - able to build and ship experiments yourself
• Strong copywriting ability and good judgment on messaging
• Ability to sell on a live demo call
