Requirements
- Answer customer inquiries by email, chat, and telephone and provide excellent support.
- Help pet owners understand our guidelines and insurance protection and ensure clarity and security.
- Manage incoming damage reports up to regulation.
- Provision of a first-class customer service and damage management.
- Solution-oriented handling of damage cases considering insurance conditions and company guidelines.
- Fraud control and ensuring that processes and procedures are followed in damage processing.
- Excellent German language skills in word and writing.
