Job Description
The Consultant, Program Performance role is responsible for supporting strategy coordination, strategic planning, and performance monitoring efforts to maintain the effectiveness of the Ethiopia country program for a 5-month duration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; master's degree preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced NGO, business, or government setting.
- Proven experience in performance improvement and project or operations management.
- Strong project and process management skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities to integrate or simplify processes.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of managing multiple projects across teams, cultures, and time zones.
- Commitment to health, social justice, and gender equity.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
