Job Description
m-mama Facilitator role at Last Mile Health (LMH) in Malawi, supporting District Health Management Teams in implementing the m-mama Emergency Transport System. Eighteen-month fixed-term contract.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Public Health, Nursing, Social Sciences, Health Systems Management, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting maternal, newborn, and reproductive health programs in Malawi.
- Good understanding of Malawi’s health system, including DHMT operations and DIP planning processes.
- Experience working with district-level government structures.
- Familiar with training, mentoring, and supervising health workers or community cadres.
- Strong data management, monitoring, and reporting skills.
