Job Description
The Senior Coordinator, Operational Services will play a critical role in supporting operational excellence for the Ghana office while contributing to systems strengthening across Last Mile Health's program countries. The role will oversee country office travel and event management, supervise facility management contractors, and serve as the Safety and Security Focal Person for the Ghana office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Progressive experience in complex operations or country program operations with relevant experience with Operational Fleet, Logistics, and/or Facility management.
- Demonstrated experience in office management, administration, Information Technology, Systems, and Accounting.
- Experience working with government regulatory agencies and stakeholders, with a strong background in Safety and Security management.
