Requirements

• Proven experience in Software Engineering executive leadership
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality products in a fast-paced environment
• Nimble business mind, with a focus on developing creative solutions
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical strategies with broader company goals
• Exceptional leadership, team building, communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the company
• Experience in SaaS, and product led growth
• Working knowledge of AWS
