• Leadership and development of the nationwide sales organization
• Development and implementation of forward-looking sales strategies
• Identification and exploration of new sales markets, customer segments, and sales channels
• Steering and development of central customer relationships
• Leadership of annual talks and condition and contract negotiations
• Preparation and control of budget, forecast, and business plans
• Analysis of market, customer, and competitive situations
