
Job description
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new outbound opportunities across construction and software-enabled commercial services. This role sits at the very top of the funnel and is responsible for initiating conversations, qualifying early interest, and building a predictable outbound pipeline.
Execute high-volume outbound outreach, including 150+ cold calls per day, plus email, SMS, and LinkedIn messaging. Introduce construction and software-enabled service solutions to commercial prospects across franchise, retail, QSR, and enterprise environments.
Success in this role requires strong outbound discipline, comfort with cold calling, and the ability to quickly identify which opportunities should advance to the sales team.
