Provide high-level, proactive administrative support to a complex team of Managing Directors, lenders, and underwriters. Coordinate and maintain complex calendars, manage phone calls, and handle confidential client information with discretion.
Requirements
- Experience supporting multiple executive(s) in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs
- Ability to exercise excellent judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential material
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Familiar with expense platforms such as SAP Concur
