We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Associate to join our Alternatives Product Strategy & Development team in New York. The team is responsible for developing market intelligence materials and creating financial models for new and existing products.

Requirements

• College graduate with major in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, and Physics
• 2-4 years of work experience in a fast-paced, self-driven role
• Prior experience in Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Investing preferred
• Excellent numerical skills
• Prior experience in financial modelling preferred
• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to drive processes forward
• Strong interest in private markets
• Excellent communication (written and oral), analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills to balance and prioritize multiple, and often simultaneous, projects
• Able to deliver high volume of quality work within tight timeframes
• Attention to detail—proven experience of delivering high levels of accuracy
• Avid learner who desires to continuously grow and develop
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
