At Goldman Sachs, we are seeking a Vice President for Asset & Wealth Management - AM Controls & Data Governance. The successful candidate will use their deep technical skills to build solutions to manage and implement risk management controls tailored to the diverse products and services offered to AWM clients.

Requirements

• Deliver and design new features for Control Management and Implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Risk Managers and Control Managers
• Develop, plan for, and lead team members to build clearly defined software functionality
• Lead and mentor junior members of the team
• Follow and establish standard software development guidelines and best practices
• Analyze existing software to identify areas of improvement
• Manage multiple tasks and use sound judgment when prioritizing
• Participate in user story refinement, technical design, code reviews and the team's Agile process
• Collaborate with engineering leadership, developers, and operations through written and verbal presentations
• Lead and participate in technical architecture reviews
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts
• Mentor and coach junior engineers
