The Client Experience Manager will support a diverse set of investment products through various distribution vehicles in a fast-paced environment, delivering superior client service and retaining and expanding existing relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree, preferably in business or finance-related studies
- 2-5 years of work experience at an asset management firm / other financial services organization
- Strong project management and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of the asset management business, financial markets and investment funds or separately managed accounts
