Requirements
- Drive and elevate the strategic direction of our metrics program used to measure the efficacy of our sales teams and initiatives
- Execute on our operating initiatives for the business
- Create and drive analyses on our competitors as well as our relative strengths and areas for improvement
- Liaise with senior leadership across all Sales verticals to ensure we are constantly enhancing communication, prioritization, elevating issues, and prosecuting opportunities
- Proactively suggest to leadership new ways to further enhance our business
- Evaluate and enhance business processes to drive efficiency and risk management
- Develop and manage annual budgeting across teams, identify opportunities to optimize spend, and evaluate ROI
- Direct strategic organizational design, leveraging headcount modelling and gap analysis to align talent acquisition with long-term business objectives
- Financial modelling in partnership with Finance and business
