Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in employee benefits/compensation, marketing/sales, relationship management, and/or financial industry
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, and strong organization skills
- Team oriented with ability to work across multiple businesses
- Ability to work effectively within cross functional teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Work, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint
