Lead a high-performing global engineering team in designing, developing and supporting key Custody / Asset Transfers platforms leveraged by Clients, Wealth Advisors and Operations. Drive engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews and hands-on mentorship to foster a culture of continuous technical growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related Engineering Field
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience
- Self-motivated with analytical mindset who can multi-task to solve interesting and difficult technical problems under time pressure and resource constraints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience working directly with both technical and non-technical global stakeholders
- Experience in building and maintaining applications involving post trade processing and custodial services (asset servicing/corporate actions, cash management and sub ledger) flows
- Experience in modernizing legacy applications (forward and reverse engineering) in agile working environments
- Extensive experience in managing production environments working with production engineers and global stakeholders
- Experience in data visualization and functional design to create intuitive, data-driven engineering solutions for complex financial datasets
- Experience in integrating AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Devin, or Cursor) into the development workflow to accelerate velocity and code quality
- Experience working with SQL & NoSQL (MongoDB) solutions
- Experience developing Java / Spring Boot microservice applications and REST APIs, preferably working with cloud technologies
