Asset & Wealth Management, Private Bank Lending, Executive Director, Singapore

Establish and maintain strong internal relationships with PWAs to drive lending activity and advise clients and advisors on appropriate tailored lending solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in lending origination and credit analysis in a private bank or commercial banking organization
• 5+ years' experience in a structured lending role in a private bank or commercial banking organization
• Expert knowledge of structured lending including Commercial Real Estate, Specialty Finance (e.g. yachts, aviation, fine art), single stock and illiquid assets lending required
• Experience with underwriting other asset classes including securities based loans, structured lending and private equity
• Ability to advise clients and where appropriate creatively structure sophisticated solutions to help clients meet their objectives
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
• Strong collaboration skills in a team environment
• Desire to continue the growth in a dynamic business
• Completion of a formal credit training program preferred
• Proficiency in business Mandarin, as this role requires close collaboration with internal wealth advisors and direct advisory on tailored lending solutions for Mandarin speaking clients
