Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) is seeking a highly driven individual to join the business unit COO team. The role involves driving global initiatives to streamline processes, producing and distributing platform KPIs, and managing various recurring reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-2 years of prior work experience in a relevant field
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate to form independent judgments
• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information
