Requirements
- Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree in a quantitative discipline
- Quantitative toolkit: Working knowledge of statistics, linear algebra, numerical methods
- Markets and instruments: Solid understanding of financial markets
- Industry experience: 5+ years in financial services
- Software engineering: Proven experience in building and operating production systems
- Open source and tooling: Prior use of open-source libraries and frameworks
- Collaboration and communication: Ability to translate investment and risk requirements
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in owning roadmaps, mentoring teammates
- AI-enabled development: Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools
