Marcus by Goldman Sachs is seeking a Vice President of Integrated Marketing to drive growth and end-to-end customer lifecycle management for millions of Marcus customers. The role will oversee Marcus' brand strategy and integrated marketing efforts, including partnering with research on consumer insights, developing narrative and positioning, and aligning creative, media, content and performance strategies into measurable, cohesive and effective campaigns.
Requirements
- Refresh and maintain audience strategy, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Develop new brand vision and architecture for business and map to all customer touchpoints
- Oversee creative development and advertising process
- Develop integrated go-to-market plan across owned, paid and earned channels
- Oversee execution, launch campaigns, working with paid media team and agency partners
- Develop measurement infrastructure including holistic brand health measurements
- Build out a brand and integrated marketing infrastructure
- Identify key talents to hire to build integrated marketing capabilities at company
