The Compliance - Financial Crime Controls - Associate role at Goldman Sachs involves promoting the firm’s Core Values, Business Principles, and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, championing and managing the firm’s Business Integrity (Whistleblower) Program, investigating suspected breaches of firm or employee misconduct, and implementing robust preventative and detective controls, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience investigating complex and sensitive matters with utmost discretion
• Detail-oriented, well organised and able to work autonomously
• Collaborates within team environment and raises questions or concerns where appropriate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Fluency in English mandatory. Proficiency in a second language is desirable
