Job Description
Our division prevents, detects and mitigates compliance, regulatory and reputational risk across the firm and helps to strengthen the firm’s culture of compliance. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our Compliance team as a Vice President in our London office.
Requirements
- Providing advice and compliance oversight to CSG personnel on transactions, new business initiatives and significant business changes affecting the firm
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures and best practice standards within CSG
- Creating and implementing new controls and surveillances to mitigate risks to the firm
- Monitoring GBM Private activities to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations and firm policies and procedures
- Creating and implementing live and online compliance training programs
- Assisting in responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations
