Job Description
We are seeking a Compliance, Global Banking & Markets Public Compliance Associate/Vice President to provide real-time compliance advice to Global Banking & Markets – FICC and Equities business units in China. The role is responsible for identifying and managing regulatory, legal and reputational risks, and developing strategic solutions with senior compliance team members.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of Compliance, Legal, Regulatory or Financial Services industry experience
- Working knowledge of China securities laws and regulations, securities products and services
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details and the ability to exercise balanced judgment
