As an event strategy manager on the Event Management team, you will partner with key business stakeholders and team members to develop and execute an event marketing strategy, which includes oversight of all events and conferences with a keen focus on best practices, commercial excellence and consistency in delivery, along with effective risk management. This role supports event strategy, providing advisory support and overseeing the execution of events and conferences.
Requirements
- Partner with global team to manage annual business strategy, event commercial management, service excellence, best practices and innovation opportunities for a portfolio of events
- Plan select events across the firm – from budgeting to venue/vendor research and selection to logistics management to execution
- Own and manage relationship with key internal stakeholders, including senior executives
- Develop brand and messaging strategy consistent with firm’s brand positioning
- Provide guidance to event host on content, speakers and presentation ideas
- Take ownership and be accountable for overall success of the event
- Proactively follow-up on post event evaluation
- Protect the firm’s and business’ reputation, and adherence to the firm’s processes and regular review of regulatory requirements
