Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years’ experience in business analysis / project / program management; must have Finance Industry experience.
• Strong project management skills, managing front to back lifecycle of a project including scoping, defining a plan and deliverables, risk and issue management, status reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral.
• Extensive leadership experience, empowerment, situational awareness, and conflict resolution
• Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders
