The M&A Capital Markets team is looking for a Vice President or Senior Associate to join their team in New York. The role involves advising clients on merger-related matters, architecting deal solutions, and performing analyses to identify trading patterns. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of relevant investment banking experience, excellent communication skills, and strong quantitative and technical skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant investment banking experience
