Our division works on some of the most complex financial challenges and transactions in the market today, advising on mergers, providing financial solutions for acquisitions, and structuring initial public offerings.

Requirements

• Master's Degree and several years of Natural Resources investment banking experience
• OR Bachelor's degree and seven years or more of Natural Resources investment banking or equivalent experience
• Strong track record of executing M&A and financing transactions in an investment banking advisory role
• Two plus years experience in leading deal teams of analysts and associates
• History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
