Goldman Sachs Asset Management is seeking an Associate or Analyst to join their Growth Equity Investing team within the alternatives investment division (NYSE: GS). The team focuses on private equity, growth equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure, investing over $16 billion in technology-driven and enterprise software companies. This role involves sourcing, due diligence, and value creation strategies for existing portfolio companies. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Between 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity / VC, management consulting or a relevant operating role in enterprise software.
• Passion for investing and a desire to build a long-term career.
