Private Wealth Management, Head of GSBE PWM Regulator Engagement & Audit, Executive Director, Frankfurt

Private Wealth Management (PWM) is seeking a Head of GSBE PWM Regulator Engagement & Audit to provide regulatory engagement support and ensure compliance with regulations in the European entity. The role involves leveraging operational background and experience to contribute to a growing business and working closely with PWM Management team to advise on operational policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of prior work experience in the financial industry
• Native or fluent German language skills
• Prior experience in handling regulatory engagements
• Demonstrable experience in a line management role
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
• Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
