Risk, Market Risk, Associate, Singapore/Hong Kong

The Risk Division at Goldman Sachs is looking for a Market Risk Associate to join their team in Singapore/Hong Kong. The role involves evaluating market risk, influencing outcomes through portfolio and transaction level risk analysis, and communicating with senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, experience in Commodities markets, and the ability to collaborate with people from different departments and levels of seniority.

Requirements

• Strong academic record with Bachelor’s degree, equivalent or above in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related quantitative/analytical discipline
• Experience in Commodities markets as well as an understanding of financial products (including derivatives/greeks)
• Coding ability
• Ability to collaborate with people from different departments and levels of seniority
• Ability to communicate complex information directly with senior management
• 3-5 years’ experience in the industry/a relevant role
