Paralegal - Capital Markets

The Paralegal – Capital Markets is an integral part of Latham’s Legal Professional and Paralegal team and will work to support the Capital Markets practice. This role will be responsible for supporting attorneys throughout all phases of capital markets transactions.

Requirements

• Drafting and managing closing checklists, signature pages, and closing binders
• Performing basic tasks in connection with capital market transactions
• Helping prepare due diligence questionnaires and support due diligence processes
• Tracking and managing deadlines for transaction timelines, filings, consents, and other corporate governance matters
• Coordinating signatures and document execution with clients and internal teams
• Providing timely updates and status reports on deliverables to attorneys and clients
